Eco Schools Group win Diana Award

We were delighted to learn recently that members of our Eco Schools Group have been honoured with the Diana Certificate of Excellence.

The Diana Certificate of Excellence recognises the outstanding contribution of young people, aged 12-18, who work together in groups to improve their communities, organisations or schools. The Certificate awards those who go above and beyond to benefit others; by raising money for charity, or campaigning on a local issue or mentoring younger children in their school or youth groups.

The Eco Schools Group have been chosen for the Award because of their commitment and work in building awareness of environmental issues within the St. Helen's School community, which have led to a variety of initiatives to make our School more sustainable.
