At all ages in Little St. Helen's, the girls are encouraged to be independent and work as individuals and collaboratively in groups. Additional support is given in class by the Class Teacher and a full time Teaching Assistant.

We also learn about different cultures and religions in our Religious Education lessons in Key Stage 1 as well as personal, social, health, citizenship and emotional issues in PSHCE lessons. These are often focused around Circle Times. In Nursery and Reception, these areas are also covered through Personal, Social and Emotional Development.

Our curriculum is supported by specialist teachers for Music, Speech and Drama, PE, Ballet, Swimming and also French (in Key Stage 1).
