Co-curricular Opportunities in Sport

There are numerous opportunities for girls to participate in a variety of sports outside the curriculum, whether they wish to take part competitively or just for fun.

St Helen’s regularly competes against other schools in a range of sports including lacrosse, netball, athletics, cross country, swimming, badminton, tennis, rounders and gymnastics.

We offer a range of recreational clubs that all girls are welcome to attend. Girls in Year 12 and above are also able to use the fitness suite in the Sports Centre at lunchtimes, after school and during their free periods.
